Abstract

El dispositivo de sujeción comprende una base de sujeción (1) y un portapiezas (2) que se puede sujetar firmemente en el mismo. La base de sujeción (1) presenta varios dispositivos de sujeción (5) y el portapiezas (2) está provisto de una cantidad de pivotes de sujeción (43), que corresponde a la cantidad de dispositivos de sujeción (5), para sujetarlo firmemente en el respectivo dispositivo de sujeción (5). En la base de sujeción (1) están dispuestos los primeros elementos de centrado (4) que interactúan con otros elementos de centrado (38), dispuestos en el portapiezas (2), de tal manera que el portapiezas (2) se alinea en dirección X y en dirección Y al sujetarse firmemente en la base de sujeción (1). El respectivo dispositivo de sujeción (5) presenta un manguito de sujeción (6), cuyo lado superior forma el apoyo Z del portapiezas (2). El apoyo Z de la base de sujeción (1) se forma mediante varias secciones superficiales (11) dispuestas en el lado superior del respectivo manguito de sujeción (6). Cada una de estas secciones superficiales (11) está provista de un orificio de salida para suministrar aire. El respectivo manguito de sujeción (6) presenta una prolongación hueca continua que se extiende hasta el lado inferior de la base de sujeción (1).
