Abstract

Sistema automático basculante para distribución de fruta en tolvas constituido por una o dos unidades alargadas idénticas simétricas, cada una formada por una cinta basculante transportadora de frutas, alargada y estrecha, encargada de transportar y volcar las frutas, varios mecanismos elevadores encargados de elevar y con ello girar la cinta basculante respecto dos ejes alineados con la dirección del movimiento de la cinta y situados en un lateral de la cinta, y una tolva alargada paralela a la cinta basculante sobre la que es volcada la fruta y almacenada temporalmente para su procesado por operarios, todo ello con el fin de distribuir las frutas en la tolva alargada en zonas predefinidas, de forma fiable, delicada y sin rotura de frutas.
