Said cosmetic composition may additionally comprise a hair conditioning agent such as glycerin, pantothenic acid (see documents D01 and D02) and a seaweed such as brown algae (see document D03) or Spirulina, Chlorella and Dunaliella (see document D01), Document D02 also presents seaweed extract, but it is not specified what type (see Document D02, paragraph [0052]). And finally, that said cosmetic composition comprises a cosmetically acceptable vehicle for topical application on the scalp is evident to a person skilled in the art, and claims 1-8 lack novelty and inventive activity. As for claims 9 and 10 that refer to the Kit for hair and scalp care, they also have no novelty or inventive activity because the cosmetic composition that is part of said kit has no novelty or inventive activity.
