Producto intermedio alimenticio para la producción de un producto alimenticio desde viscoso hasta gelificadomediante adición a una base de sabor y elaboración por medio de unos aparatos domésticos usuales en elcomercio, con un agente espesante doméstico, que contiene una sustancia de lastre a base de fibras vegetalespredominantemente insolubles y que está mezclado con agua, leche o un zumo, estando prevista la sustancia de lastre en una proporción, que es de 0,1 a 10 % en peso del líquido, yel producto intermedio alimenticio se envasa en estado previamente distribuido en porciones en una consistenciapastosa.
