Abstract

Procedimiento para el ensamblaje automatizado de estructuras tubulares, que permite, de forma robusta y rápida, la construcción de estructuras. Es un sistema especialmente indicado para el ensamblaje de manera remota de estructuras tubulares, siendo necesaria tan solo la colocación de las piezas a unir en la posición adecuada mediante un brazo articulado, o incluso colgadas en un helicóptero o vehículo aéreo no tripulado. El sistema, una vez colocadas las piezas en posición, de forma autónoma, realiza el ensamblaje mediante una descarga de gas a alta presión dentro del tetón macho del sistema, provocando su deformación hasta quedar perfectamente encajado en el casquillo. El sistema que provoca la descarga puede ser controlado bien de forma remota o bien ser autónomo, y empleando un sensor que envíe la señal de descarga al confirmar el posicionamiento adecuado de las piezas.
