Abstract

Jamonero. Comprende un soporte anterior (2) y un soporte posterior (3), normalmente unidos entre sí mediante una base (1). El soporte anterior (2) está constituido por un brazo (15) que comprende en su parte superior una mordaza formada por dos garras (16, 17), al menos una de ellas articulada respecto a un eje (29) longitudinal, estando dichas garras provistas de un medio de retención entre sí cuando la mordaza está en posición cerrada. El brazo puede estar articulado respecto a un cuerpo de fijación (11), y el soporte posterior es ajustable en posición y altura.
