Abstract

Método de identificación genética del atún blanco (Thunnus alalunga) y de su origen geográfico o población. La invención pertenece al campo de la identificación genética del atún blanco (Thunnus alalunga). Más concretamente, la invención consiste en una serie de marcadores moleculares del tipo SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms) y un método genético que utiliza dicho panel de marcadores SNP para identificar el origen geográfico o poblaciones de la especie atún blanco (Thunnus alalunga) en productos derivados de la pesca. Asimismo, consiste en un kit con los cebadores y/o sondas adecuados para llevar a cabo el método de la invención.
