Abstract

Home appliance and assembly ready to assemble elements for the insertion of said home appliance (40) in a recess comprising a socket (10) adapted to be fixed in the socket, under the home appliance (40), comprising the socket (10) a separating plate (13) extending during use between a lower wall (P) of the recess and a lower wall (40a) of the household appliance (40), and regulating means (15) comprising a first part (15a) adapted to be attached to the bottom wall (P) of the hole, said separation plate (13) being fixed to said regulation means (15) and said regulation means (15) being adapted to regulate the height of said plate of separation (13) with respect to said first part (15a) of the regulating means (15), characterized in that said assembly ready to be mounted further comprises a series of feet (30) adapted to be adjusted in height with with respect to the bottom wall of the recess and the separation plate (13), and because the separation plate (13) comprises a series of holes (34) adapted to pass respectively the series of feet (30) with said home appliance being directly supported by said series of feet (30) on the bottom wall (P) of the nut and on top of the separation plate (13).

Description

Ready-to-assemble assembly of elements of an appliance in a hole.

[0001] The present invention relates to a ready-to-assemble assembly of fittings of an appliance in a recess.

[0002] It refers in particular to the insertion of small furnaces intended to be placed in a hole in a piece of furniture.

[0003] The insertion of said home appliances generally requires a socket support intended to be held in the recess, under the home appliance.

[0004] Said insert support allows positioning the home appliance in the recess and, in particular, adjusting the position of said appliance at the height of the recess, the latter being able to oscillate typically between 350 and 360 mm.

[0005] Thus, it is necessary to center the home appliance in the recess whatever the height of the appliance.

[0006] A support of an oven is known in GB 2 025 032, which allows to regulate the height of the apparatus with respect to a plane.

[0007] However, a support for engaging in a recess must also make it possible to regulate the cooling air flows around the apparatus, in particular when the appliance is a microwave oven.

[0008] These numerous conditions are generally difficult to reconcile with existing insert supports.

[0009] The present invention has the objective of solving these drawbacks and proposing an electrical appliance and its assembly ready to assemble elements for insertion that provide a solution to both the aerodynamic conditioners and the positioning conditions of the household appliance in the recess.

[0010] For this purpose, the present invention relates to an household appliance and a set ready to assemble elements for inserting this household appliance into a recess comprising a fitting support adapted to be fixed in the recess, under the apparatus home appliance

[0011] This insert support comprises a separation plate that extends during use between a lower wall of the hole and a lower wall of the household appliance, and regulating means with a first part adapted to be attached to the lower wall of the hole , said separation plate being fixed to said regulation means.

[0012] According to the invention, the regulation means are adapted to regulate the height of said separation plate with respect to said first part of the regulation means, said assembly ready to be mounted further comprises a series of feet adapted to be regulated in height with respect to the lower wall of the hole and the separation plate, and the separation plate comprises a series of holes adapted for the passage of the series of feet of said household appliance being directly supported by said series of feet on the lower wall from the hole and above the separation plate.

[0013] In this way, the series of feet allows to support and regulate in height the position of the appliance in the recess, regardless of the height adjustment of the separation plate that separates the cooling air flows in the socket and that allows to regulate the flow of cooling air around the apparatus.

[0014] The conditions linked to the positioning of the apparatus and its cooling can be solved in this way independently thanks to the ready-to-assemble assembly of fittings according to the invention.

[0015] According to a particularly advantageous feature, the feet are constituted by one or several modular elements embedded in each other to regulate the height of said feet.

[0016] These modular elements allow, during the installation of the home appliance in the socket, to modify its height with respect to the bottom wall of the hole according to the total height of the hole.

[0017] This ready-to-assemble assembly is used in particular to embed a microwave oven in a hollow of a height between 350 and 360 mm. [0018] Other features and advantages of the invention are shown in the description that follows.

[0020] In the first place, reference is made to referring to figures 1 and 2, a set ready to be assembled of the insertion elements of an electrical appliance.

[0021] This ready-to-assemble assembly, commonly called an insert kit, comprises several elements that are mounted inside a recess made for example in a kitchen cabinet.

[0022] Here, by way of non-limiting example, the home appliance is a built-in microwave oven.

[0023] This insert kit comprises firstly an insert bracket 10 adapted to be fixed in the recess, under the oven.

[0024] It also comprises a bottom plate 11 intended to go to the rear of the oven and an upper plate 12 arranged above the embedded oven.

[0025] This bottom plate 11 and this top plate 12 will not be described here in more detail.

[0026] The insert support first comprises a separation plate 13 that extends between a bottom wall P of the hole and a bottom wall 40a of the home appliance 40 (see figure 3).

[0027] This separation plate 13 thus forms a double bottom between the bottom wall P of the hole and the bottom wall of the oven to be able to regulate the flow of cooling air circulating around the oven as will be described later.

[0028] In particular, this separation plate 13 comprises an edge 13a folded at right angles in the direction of the oven on its side intended to be at the bottom of the hole.

[0029] The opposite side 13b intended to be on the front of the recess, comprises a central part 13b 'that forms a folded wing towards the lower plane P of the recess and two lateral parts13b "that also form a folded wing, perpendicular to the plane of the separation plate 13, but directed towards the oven.

[0030] In order to guarantee its fixation in the lower wall P of the recess, two fixing brackets 15 allow fixing the separation plate 13 on its lateral sides 13c, 13d.

[0031] According to the invention, said brackets 15 form height adjustment means of the separation plate 13 with respect to the bottom wall P of the hole.

[0032] Each square 15 comprises a first part 15a intended to be fixed in the bottom wall P of the recess, for example by means of screws, and a second part 15b intended to be fixed in the separation plate 13.

[0033] The first and the second part 15a, 15b are placed at right angles.

[0034] To allow height adjustment of this separation plate 13, this second part 15b of each square 15 comprises at least two fixing locations of the separation plate 13 designed to be arranged at different distances from the bottom wall P of the hole.

[0035] As shown in Figure 3, said brackets 15 thus extend on both sides of the separation plate 13 and are substantially perpendicular to the front of the home appliance 40.

[0036] Each side edge 13c, 13d of the separation plate 13 is formed by a wing folded towards the bottom wall P of the hole, perpendicular to the plane of the separation plate 13. [0037] These side edges 13c, 13d comprise holes. 16 intended to allow the fixing of each of the edges 13c, 13d in the second part 15b of each square 15. Here, each square 15 also comprises two series of holes 17, 18 intended to face the holes 16 of the edges sides 13c, 13d of the separation plate 13.

[0039] According to the invention, this insert kit also comprises a series of feet 30 which are adapted to support the home appliance in the bottom wall P of the hole.

[0040] Thus, the household appliance is not directly supported by the separation plate 13 but by means of the feet 30.

[0041] Said feet 30 are height adjustable, regardless of the height adjustment of the separation plate 13.

[0042] Here, as shown in Figure 1A, these feet 30 are formed by modular elements that fit together so that the total height of the foot can be modulated.

[0043] For example, a single modular element 30 can be used if the hole has a height of 350 m, while two modular elements can be used embedded in each other to form feet in a 360 mm high hole.

[0044] These height-adjustable feet 30 ensure a centered positioning of the home appliance in the recess regardless of its height.

[0045] So that these feet 30 can be fitted, each foot is formed by a first cylindrical portion 31 and a second cylindrical portion 32 of smaller diameter.

[0047] The first cylindrical portion 31 comprises a central hole 33 adapted to accommodate a second cylindrical portion 32 of smaller diameter than a second foot 30.

[0048] In this way, the fitting of the feet 30 can be carried out comfortably and with a greater or lesser height of modular elements 30.

[0049] As shown in Figure 3, the home appliance, in this case an oven 40, is placed on four feet 30 arranged respectively in the four corners of the bottom wall 40a of the appliance.

[0050] An insulating foam element 41 is disposed between the separation plate 13 and the bottom wall 40a of the apparatus.

[0051] Said foam element 41 has the objective of channeling the hot air that exits the base of the oven so that it is evacuated towards the outside, by the central part 13b 'of the side 13b destined to go in the front of the hollow. The passage of fresh air is carried out on the other hand by the side parts 13b "of the separation plate 13, between the separation plate 13 and the base of the oven, and by the two lateral sides of the oven as well as between the separation plate 13 and the bottom wall P of the hole.

[0058] Said housing 42 may correspond to a pre-existing projection at the rear of the apparatus and to which electrical components are fixed inside the housing.

[0059] More precisely, this fastener 51, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, is formed by a rod portion L where one of the arms 51a is attached to a first end 52a of the drive rod 52 and the other arm 51b is adapted to engage the housing 42 of the back of the home appliance 40.

[0070] The drive rod 52 is thus mounted substantially perpendicular to the front of the home appliance 40.

[0071] The rod displacement means, formed here by a screw 55a and a nut 55b, are further adapted to fix the actuation rod 52 in the insert 10 in the clamping position as shown in the figure 6.

[0072] In this way, the device can be easily fastened to the socket 10, after the device is positioned in the socket.

Claims (5)

1. Home appliance and assembly ready to assemble elements for the insertion of said home appliance (40) in a recess comprising a socket support (10) adapted to be fixed in the recess, under the home appliance (40), comprising the insert support (10) a separation plate (13) extending during use between a bottom wall (P) of the hole and a bottom wall (40a) of the home appliance (40), and regulating means (15) comprising a first part (15a) adapted to be attached to the bottom wall (P) of the recess, said separation plate (13) being fixed to said regulation means (15) and said regulation means (15) being adapted for regulating the height of said separation plate (13) with respect to said first part (15a) of the regulating means (15), characterized in that said assembly ready to be mounted further comprises a series of feet (30) adapted to be regulated and n height with respect to the bottom wall of the hole and the separation plate (13), and because the separation plate (13) comprises a series of holes (34) adapted to pass respectively the series of feet (30) said home appliance being supported directly by said series of feet (30) on the bottom wall (P) of the hole and on top of the plate of separation (13).

Home appliance and assembly ready to be assembled according to claim 1, characterized in that the feet are formed by one or several modular elements (30) that can be fitted together to regulate the height of said feet (30).

Home appliance and assembly ready to be assembled according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the regulation means comprise brackets (15) adapted to be fixed on one side to the bottom wall (P) of the hole and on the other hand to the plate of separation (13), said brackets (15) comprising at least two fixing locations (17, 18) of the separation plate (13) adapted to be arranged at different distances from the bottom wall (P) of the hole.
