Los documentos D01 y D02 se consideran los más próximo del estado de la técnica al objeto de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9 (las referencias y comentarios entre paréntesis corresponden a estos documentos). Así con respecto a las características descritas en la reivindicación nº 1, el documento D01 divulga una puerta corredera para mampara de ducha que comprende un perfil superior (4), un perfil inferior (4) y un perfil lateral (3) a los que va unida una hoja (1) de la puerta corredera. Una de las principales diferencias que encontramos en el documento D01 en relación a las características de la reivindicación nº 1 es que no comprende medios de nivelado; no así el documento D02, que divulga unos medios de nivelado (3) para puerta corredera (2) de mampara de ducha, cuyo extremo (6) se inserta en una acanaladura del marco superior (11) y que presenta un eje de basculación (14), además dicho medio de nivelado comprende un orificio (figuras) que alberga un tornillo (7) que lleva a cabo la unión de los medios de nivelado con el perfil superior, donde girando el tornillo se consigue debido al eje de giro (14) de los medios de nivelado, la basculación del perfil superior y en consecuencia de la hoja, para establecer su posición horizontal nivelada. La diferencia que encontramos en el documento D02 con respecto a los medios de nivelado reivindicados en la solicitud es que se insertan en una acanaladura del marco superior y no en un cajeado del perfil lateral; esta última característica se considera un efecto mejorado comparado con el estado de la técnica, y aunque encontramos un documento como el D03 un dispositivo nivelador de mamparas de baño mediante tornillo accediendo a su nivelado desde el perfil lateral como en el caso de la presente invención, no se considera obvio que un experto en la materia obtenga la invención a partir de los documentos mencionados anteriormente. Las reivindicaciones 2 a 9 son reivindicaciones dependientes. Con respecto a la reivindicación nº 2, el documento D02, divulga que los medios de nivelado presentan a demás unas ruedas (4) de desplazamiento que se alojan y ruedan por un perfil superior (10) del marco de la mampara. Con respecto la reivindicación nº 3, el documento D01 describe que sobre el cajeado (6) del perfil lateral va dispuesto un tapón superior (15) que por medio de unos salientes (16,17) que se insertan en dicho cajeado asegurando su inmovilización. Igualmente respecto a la reivindicación nº 4, el documento D01 divulga la existencia de un tapón inferior (15) con salientes que se insertan en el cajeado del perfil lateral asegurando la inmovilización del perfil lateral y perfil inferior. Con respecto a la reivindicación nº 5, el documento D01 divulga que la hoja se une a los perfiles mediante burletes (2). Con respecto a la reivindicación nº 6, el documento D01 divulga que el perfil superior o inferior, presentan al menos una ranura (12) vertical destinada a albergar una lengüeta (5) vertical presente en el perfil lateral. La reivindicación nº 7 divulga la existencia de unos tiradores coincidentes con las alas del tapón superior e inferior. En cuanto a la reivindicación nº 8 se divulga que tanto el perfil inferior como el tapón inferior presentan una guía que deslizan por el perfil inferior del marco de la mampara. En cuanto a la reivindicación nº 9, divulga una característica de diseño dado que describe que la hoja es de cristal o poliestireno, elección obvia para un experto en la materia. Ninguno de los documentos citados en el Informe del estado de la técnica, o cualquier combinación relevante de ellos revela la invención tal y como está definida en las reivindicaciones 1 a 9. Por lo tanto, los documentos citados reflejan solamente el estado de la técnica. En consecuencia la invención es nueva y se considera que implica actividad inventiva y que tiene aplicación industrial de acuerdo con los artículos 6.1 y 8.1 de la Ley 11/86 de 20 de marzo de patentes.
