Claim 1:

Document D01 is considered as the state of the art closest to the object of the invention defined in the first claim (references in parentheses correspond to this document). This document discloses a mast anchoring device for amplifying equipment comprising a hollow body (2; D01) to house the connection mechanisms and whose rear face has means for attaching to a pole or mast. It differs from the first claim in that the clamping element does not have a clamp that closes on the mast, but a kind of clamp that closes with clamping elements adjusting to the mast. The technical effect that is achieved with the part object of the invention is to guarantee the adjustment of a certain element to a mast so that it is maintained over time. The technical problem posed is how to anchor a particular element to a mast, facilitating its assembly and disassembly without the help of tools. No document has been found in the state of the art that solves the technical problem posed, so said claim has novelty and inventive activity according to articles 6 and 8.1 of patent law 11/1986.
