Abstract
Aparato para la realización de ejercicios físicos, que comprende un sistema telescópico alargado, siendo contraible longitudinalmente el sistema por la aplicación de presión manual, estando dispuestos elementos elásticos de reacción para resistir la contracción del sistema y una pareja de elementos flexibles de tensión a lados opuestos del sistema, caracterizado porque presenta un miembro de guía para cada elemento de tensión, con cada elemento de tensión extendiéndose en dos tramos y pasando alrededor entre los tramos un miembro de guía asociado, de manera que la cantidad en que el sistema se contrae, como resultado de estirar los elementos de tensión separándolos del sistema, es seleccionable mediante la determinación del número de tramos de cada elemento de tensión que son estirados.
