Abstract
Procedimiento para la producción de un tejido textil de hilo, tal como se define aquí, que tiene resina sintética termoendurecible dentro de las fibras y sustancialmente no entre ellas, caracterizado porque el tejido se impregna, en una primera fase, con un producto de condensación formador de resina de viscosidad baja, que penetra dentro de las fibras del tejido, formado a partir de urea y formaldehido en el proporción molecular de formaldehido a urea comprendida entre los límites de 1,4 : 1 y 2,5 : 1 inclusive y que contiene un catalizador ácido o potencialmente ácido, el tejido se calienta después para formar dicha resina y más tarde se somete a un proceso de hinchamiento, o de hinchamiento y encogimiento, tal como se expone en nuestra Patente núm. 136.958 y porque, en una segunda fase, el tejido se impregna todavía con un producto de condensación formador de resina de viscosidad baja, que penetra dentro de las fibras del tejido, formado a partir de urea y formaldehido en la proporción molecular de formaldehido a urea comprendida entre los límites de 1,4 : 1 y 2,5 : 1 inclusive y que contiene un catalizador ácido o potencialmente ácido, el tejido se vuelve a calentar para formar dicha resina sin someterle después a un proceso de hinchamiento, o de hinchamiento y encogimiento, estando comprendida la cantidad de resina formada en el tejido como resultado de la impregnación de la primera fase y que queda en el tejido después del proceso de hinchamiento, o de hinchamiento y encogimiento, entre los limites de 1% y 9% inclusive y estando comprendida la cantidad total de resina en el tejido entre los límites de 4% y 18% inclusive, calculándose el porcentaje de contenido de resina sobre el peso del tejido seco antes del tratamiento y calculándose las proporciones moleculares de formaldehido a urea sobre la base de que una cantidad de una solución de amoniaco en agua que tenga un peso específico de 0,88, equivalente a 8,8% en peso, calculado sobre el peso de laurea, debe añadirse como agente de condensación, o la proporción molecular equivalente cuando se vaya a usar una cantidad de amoniaco mayor o menor o cuando no se vaya a usar ningún agente de condensación, o cuando se vaya a usar un agente de condensación distinto del amoniaco.
