Abstract
Lámina de envoltura por torsión (1, 2, 3) que puede fabricarse por coextrusión de varias capas de plástico, caracterizada porque al menos se compone de a) una o varias capa(s) de plástico (4, 4¿) de poliolefina(s) parcialmente cristalina(s), homogénea(s) en su composición, y b) al menos otra capa de plástico homogénea en su composición de copolímero de cicloolefina (5) amorfa, en la que las capas a) y b) están en contacto directo entre sí.
Claims (12)
1. Lámina de envoltura por torsión (1, 2, 3) que
puede fabricarse por coextrusión de varias capas de plástico,
caracterizada porque al menos se compone de
a) una o varias capa(s) de plástico (4,
4') de poliolefina(s) parcialmente cristalina(s),
homogénea(s) en su composición, y
b) al menos otra capa de plástico homogénea en
su composición de copolímero de cicloolefina (5) amorfa, en la que
las capas a) y b) están en contacto directo entre sí.
2. Lámina de envoltura por torsión según la
reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la capa interior (4)
se compone de poliolefina homogénea en su composición, que en ambas
caras presenta, respectivamente, dos capas exteriores (5)
inmediatamente contiguas de copolímero de cicloolefina homogéneo en
su composición.
3. Lámina de envoltura por torsión según la
reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque respectivamente con
las capas exteriores (5) limita inmediatamente al menos otra capa
(6) de poliolefina parcialmente cristalina, homogénea en su
composición.
4. Lámina de envoltura por torsión según la
reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque una capa interior (8)
de poliolefina parcialmente cristalina, homogénea en su composición,
muestra respectivamente por ambas caras otras capas (7)
inmediatamente contiguas de una poliolefina diferente a ésta en su
composición, en la que con esta estructura de tres capas (4')
limitan respectivamente por ambas caras capas inmediatamente
contiguas (5) de copolímero de cicloolefina amorfo, homogéneo en su
composición.
5. Lámina de envoltura por torsión según una de
las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque las capas
(4, 4') se componen de poliolefina o polietileno, preferiblemente en
forma de homo-PP, PP aleatorio o LLDPE.
6. Lámina de envoltura por torsión según una de
las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque ésta
presenta adicionalmente en al menos una de las capas externas una
capa de recubrimiento, preferiblemente en forma de una
sobreimpresión y/o una metalización.
7. Uso de una lámina de plástico de varias capas
fabricada por coextrusión que se compone de
a) una o varias capa(s) de plástico (4,
4') de poliolefina(s) parcialmente cristalina(s),
homogénea(s) en su composición, y
b) al menos una capa de plástico (5) homogéneo
en su composición de copolímero de cicloolefina amorfo, en la que
las capas de plástico a) y b) están en contacto directo entre sí,
como lámina de embalaje para embalajes de envoltura por
torsión.
8. Uso según la reivindicación 7, con la
condición de que la lámina de plástico de una capa interior (4) se
componga de poliolefina homogénea en su composición, que en ambas
caras presenta, respectivamente, dos capas exteriores (5)
inmediatamente contiguas de copolímero de cicloolefina homogéneo en
su composición.
9. Uso según la reivindicación 8, con la
condición de que respectivamente con las capas exteriores (5) limite
inmediatamente al menos otra capa (6) de poliolefina parcialmente
cristalina, homogénea en su composición.
10. Uso según la reivindicación 7, con la
condición de que la lámina de plástico presente una capa interior
(8) de poliolefina parcialmente cristalina, homogénea en su
composición, que por ambas caras presenta capas contiguas de
poliolefina (7) diferentes a ésta en su composición, y porque con
esta estructura de tres capas (4') limitan inmediatamente por ambas
caras capas contiguas (5) de copolímero de cicloolefina amorfo,
homogéneo en su composición.
11. Uso según una de las reivindicaciones 7 a
10, con la condición de que como poliolefinas se utilizan
polipropileno o polietileno, preferiblemente en forma de
homo-PP, PP aleatorio o LLDPE.
12. Uso según una de las reivindicaciones 7 a 11
con la condición de que la lámina de plástico presente
adicionalmente al menos una capa de recubrimiento, preferiblemente
en forma de una sobreimpresión y/o una metalización.
