Abstract

A series of lower track rails has a length equal to or greater than the displacement of each panel body. A series of upper guide rails is equal in number to the series of lower track rails. The panel body is slidably supported between the guide rails and the track rails.

Exhibitor of sliding panels.

The present invention relates to an exhibitor of sliding panels, comprising a structure in which they go mounted with the ability to slide a series of panels, in the that the articles to be exhibited are arranged.

In traditional panel displays sliding, each panel is mounted between two parallel rails, one upper and one lower. In addition this type of exhibitor demands special designs of the armor that provide sufficient stability to avoid the risks of I overturn.

The present invention aims at a sliding panel display set up to allow simplify the supporting structure and considerably reduce the weight of it.

The display of the invention also allows achieve maximum stability conditions, offering full security guarantees.

On the other hand, with the display of the invention they can be formed, from a simple set or structure, countless different compositions, which increases their attractive.

The exhibitor of the invention is constituted by a series of lower rails of length equal to or greater than the magnitude of displacement of the panels, which are located in coincidence with the rails, to define between each guide and lane a vertical plane, and by a series of panels, each of them mounted between each lower rail and the corresponding guide superior, according to the plane defined by them. The panel it will have on its upper edge coupling means and sliding over the upper guide while on the edge bottom will be mounted at least two wheels or skates that will roll or they will slide along the corresponding lane.

With the constitution described, the panels will be movable in its plane, driven between the lower rail and the upper guide, between extreme positions that are determined or defined by stops that are mounted next to the rails lower, against those who collide a lower element of the panels in their limit positions.

The upper guides may consist of rollers or skids that can be introduced into a longitudinal channel formed in the upper edge of the panels. The roller or skate is fixed and the panel slides, through the upper channel, on said sheave or roller skate.

Also the upper guide may be constituted for a piece of small dimensions that presents from its lower edge a vertical channel, which will be parallel and coplanar with the corresponding lower rail. For its part, the song top of the panels protrudes a tab that penetrates and can slide along the mentioned channel.

The lower lanes will preferably go mounted on a flat panel, embedded or articulated therein, of so that it does not protrude from the top surface thereof, or what do in a reduced magnitude. As for the upper guides, they will preferably be suspended from a straight upright, parallel to the carrier panel of the guides or rails, whose amount is supported by two columns that impact perpendicularly on the panel in the that the rails are mounted, to whose panel they are anchored by their lower end, on either side of said rails. That is to say that the upright and column define an inverted U-shaped frame which is fixed perpendicular to the panel.

The bottom rails can be arranged all of them in parallel position with each other or forming two groups, running parallel lanes in each group and the two groups of rails forming an angle, preferably acute. With the same arrangement the upper guides will go, properly oriented in the upper upright.

With the constitution exposed, the exhibitor can conceived as a unit composed of a lower panel of rectangular contour, in which the rails are mounted, and a upper perpendicular frame, inverted U-shaped, in whose central section the guides are mounted.

Depending on the desired capacity, this unit can be repeated with different relative provisions, to obtain different settings Thus, units could be arranged laterally attached, with parallel panels and frames coplanar, in alignment, at an angle, etc.

They can also be obtained different arrangements varying the trajectory of the rails For example including in each panel two series of rails that form each other An angle, that the rails run in an oblique direction with respect to of the carrier frame of the upper guides, etc.

The cap that limits the limit positions of sliding panels will be fixed on the plate or bottom panel on the that the rails are mounted, near them. With the constitution mentioned, the extraction of board or carrier plate of the pieces to be exhibited is achieved easily, without disassembling the vertical profile corresponding, what is achieved by sliding the commented arm, until the vertical profile is unlocked, and then longitudinally displacing said vertical upwardly,  to release it from the top bayonet anchor.

An exhibitor is shown in figure 1 constituted according to the invention, which includes a series of parallel bottom rails 1, which are mounted on a plate or platform 2, and a series of upper guides 3 that are suspended from a post 4, which is supported by two feet or columns verticals 5 that perpendicularly affect panel 2, one and other side of the rail set 1.

Columns 5 and stud 4 delimit a frame U-shaped inverted perpendicular to panel 2.

Each guide 3 is coincident with one of lanes 1, defining with them a vertical plane. In coincidence with each of these planes a panel is mounted Slider 6, which will be the carrier of the pieces to be exhibited. Every panel 6 will be mounted between an upper guide 3 and a lower rail 1, the lane length being equal and preferably greater that the maximum displacement of the panels 6. The upper guides 3 will be punctual or in any case of length much shorter than the magnitude of displacement of the panels 6.

According to a possible embodiment, the panels 6 have at least two mounted on their bottom edge rollers 7 which, as best seen in figure 2, go mounted on rail profile 1.

On the other hand, the upper guides 3 can be composed of small pieces, as seen in figure 3, which are fixed inferiorly to the post 4 and that they have a vertical groove or channel from the bottom edge 8 in which, with the ability to slip, a tab 9 that protrudes vertically from the upper edge of the panels 6.

With this constitution, panels 6 can move in its plane, driven between the lower lane 1 and the top guide 3.

Panel 2 is mounted near each rail 1, a stop 10, figures 2 and 5, against which protrusions 11 collide protrude from the bottom edge of the panels, as best seen in figure 4.

The wheels 7 will be positioned so that provide good stability to panels 6, in any of their limit positions, without these wheels reaching the ends of the rails 1.

As shown in Figure 4, the lower projections of panels 6 can be mounted on a horizontal lever 12, which can move guided by the slot 13, so that in the limit position of the panels 6 you can stand on the upper edge of the stop 10, figure 5, on the seat 14 thereof, to define a support that avoids balancing of the panel, while handling it to assemble and disassemble the pieces that you want to exhibit. In the position of figure 4, the lever 12 rests laterally on the stop 10, which is retained between this lever and the lower projection 11, thus preventing the Panel 6 can be moved.

From the exhibitor with the constitution shown in figure 1, depending on the exposure capacity desired, sets such as those represented in the Figures 6 and 7, in the first of which are attached laterally, so that the panels of each display stand attached by its longitudinal edges, with defined frames by the post 4 and columns 5 in coplanar position. If Figure 7 shows the exhibitors in alignment. In any of these provisions the number of exhibitors can vary, depending on the desired capacity. The disposition of the Figure 6 is suitable for locating for example the exhibitors attached to a wall, with lanes 1 perpendicular to the same. With the arrangement of figure 7 also the exhibitors can be arranged attached to a wall, with lanes 1 parallel to it.

In the embodiment of figures 1, 6 and 7, all lanes 1 are parallel. However, the rail set 1 could form two groups, in each of which the lanes were parallel to each other, but forming the rails of the two groups an angle, for example acute.

Also in the embodiments of figures 1, 6 and 7, lanes 1 are perpendicular to the frame formed by the upright 4 and columns 5. However, as seen in the Figures 8 to 10, lanes 1 could run in the direction oblique with respect to the aforementioned framework, and provisions may be adopted of broken path, as in figure 8, laterally attached as  in figure 9, with rails 1 in oblique direction with respect to the frames formed by the uprights 4 and columns 5, or with a arrangement at an angle, for example at right angles, to arrange the exhibitor in a corner or similar.

These and other compositions can be achieved, by combining display units such as the represented in figure 1 or as those that become part of the assemblies of figures 8 to 10 or even the combination of one another.

Also the exhibitors of the invention can combine with traditional constitution exhibitors, townhouses laterally to one of the longitudinal edges of the lower panel 2 and one of columns 5.

In the installation of the exhibitors of the invention, the plate or panel 2 carrying the rails 1 can embedded in the ground, so that the passable surface of the area in which the exhibitor is installed does not present discontinuity or any step.

If desired, lanes 1 could be installed on the same floor, in which the columns would be anchored 5 supporting the upright 4 carrying the guides 3.

Figures 12 to 15 show a possible constitution of movable panels 6.

As can be seen in figures 11 and 12, these panels are constituted by a plate or board 16 that goes mounted on a peripheral frame 17. This frame stands out superiorly the tab 9 that will be introduced in the upper guide. The lower side of the frame is a carrier of wheels or skates 7 sliding on the lower rails.

One of the vertical sides of the frame, which is reference with the number 10, is removable. This detachable side is fixed on a lower support 19, figure 14, and an anchor of upper bayonet 20, figure 13. With this constitution, for disassemble the profile 18 it will be enough to move it longitudinally, upward, with a slight tilt outward from its top, so that the anchor 20 slide through the oblique groove 21 of the profile 18.

In order to prevent the removable profile 18 can be accidentally released, the set has an arm 22, figures 11 and 15, which is slidable vertically on oblique grooves 23 formed on a vertical plate 24 entering be part of the frame 17. The arm 22 is finished off at its end free in a bend 25 that is able to hug externally to the  detachable profile 18.

With this constitution, when moving arm 5 vertically and be driven by oblique grooves 23, it produces its horizontal displacement, so when said arm 22 occupies the innermost position of the slots 23, the extreme bending 25 rests on profile 18, preventing its separation. On the contrary, by moving the arm 22 towards the ends of the slots 23, its horizontal displacement occurs outward, thus allowing profile 18 to separate and disassemble.

With the constitution mentioned you get a exhibitor with a new concept, due to the assembly system of the sliding panels 6, on the lower rails 1 and guides upper 3. These upper guides need only of the 4 stile, supported by columns 5, eliminating the necessary structure to support upper rails, as in the exhibitors Traditional Thus, the exhibitor of the invention is less bulky, looking less compact and weighing much more light.

In addition, it allows to obtain an infinity of different compositions, as already stated.

Bottom sheaves 7 could be replaced by skates, modifying the section of lanes 1, so that they allowed their sliding along the same.

Also the upper guides 3 could be constituted by rollers or skates that can be introduced into a channel longitudinal formed in the upper edge of the panels 6.

These and other modifications may be introduced. without going beyond the scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. Slide panel display, characterized in that it comprises a series of lower rails of equal or greater length than the magnitude of the panels'displacement; a series of approximately punctual upper guides, equal to the number of lower rails and located in coincidence with them, to define between each guide and rail a vertical plane; and a panel mounted between each lower rail and upper guide, according to the plane defined by them; whose panel has at its upper edge coupling and sliding means on the upper guide, complementary to said guide, while at its lower edge it has at least two wheels or skates that roll or slide along the corresponding rail; the panels being movable in their plane, driven between the lower rail and upper guides, between extreme positions defined by stops mounted near the rails. 2. Display according to claim 1, characterized in that each upper guide consists of a roller or skate that can be introduced into a longitudinal channel that the panels have in their upper edge, whose channel is slidable on said roller or skate. 3. Display according to claim 1, characterized in that each upper guide is constituted by a piece of small dimension having a vertical, parallel and coplanar channel from its lower edge with the corresponding lower rail, into which it penetrates and can slide a tab that protrudes along the upper edge of the panel. 4. Display according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower rails are mounted on a flat bottom plate or panel, embedded or articulated therein, while the upper guides are suspended from a straight upright, parallel to the carrier panel of the rails, which is supported by two columns that impact perpendicularly on said panel, to which they are anchored by their lower end, on either side of the rails. 5. Display according to the preceding claims, characterized in that all the lower rails are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the plane defined by the upright and columns supporting it. 6. Display according to the preceding claims, characterized in that all the lower rails are parallel and run in an oblique direction with respect to the plane defined by the upper upright and columns supporting it. 7. Display according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that all the rails are subdivided into at least two groups, the rails being in each group parallel to each other, while the rails of different groups form an angle to each other. 8. Display according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the sliding panels are carriers of a lower locking lever, which protrudes from the lower edge of the panel and is attachable, in one of the extreme positions of said panels, on the lower stop that limits the displacement of them, to act as a brake against sliding and pitching. 9. Display according to claim 1, wherein the sliding panels have a peripheral frame, one of whose vertical sides is removable from the rest of the sides, characterized in that said vertical side is anchored to the adjacent ends of the horizontal sides by a lower support and an upper bayonet anchor; the carrier frame being also of a parallel profile and close to the removable vertical side, in which an angled arm is mounted that surrounds said side externally and is slidable along oblique grooves of the profile, causing a longitudinal displacement of the arm in the direction horizontal between locking and releasing vertical side release positions.
