A subject of the present invention is an display cabinet, particularly for the exhibition of ceramic floor and wall tiles that is provided with a set of vertically movable vertical panels along a set of guides, and particularly a device that prevents the exit of its lane upon receipt of an impact, improper handling or by the passage of the means of dragging through an obstacle existing in the route through said guides.

State of the art

The requirement that the panels be hung from above requires a very solid structure, and therefore heavy and expensive to manufacture and transport, both being unwanted effects.

ES 1045503 discloses an improved structure for exhibitors of ceramic pieces that also includes an upper support structure that supports the display panels, which support a lower guide, which in turn forms, together with a transverse crossbar, the support foot of the structure .

ES 1034726 also describes a structure similar to the previous one, with support guides in its upper part and guiding means in the lower part.

ES 2220166 discloses a display of mobile panels for ceramic floor and wall tiles and a method of controlling the movement of said panels, in which the panels are supported on a base, comprise rolling means with a protrusion on the wheels that can be introduced. in a transverse groove as a track, a means for anchoring the panel of a dragging device from the bottom, and is also provided with an upper body comprising guiding means for maintaining the vertical position of the panels. Summary Explanation of the Invention

The subject of the present invention is an display cabinet, particularly for the exhibition of ceramic floor and wall tiles comprising:

A base provided with a set of grooved guides;

An upper guiding device provided with at least as many guides as panels must comprise the furniture;

A back support that supports the guiding device;

A widening in a small portion of the grooved guides;

A set of panels, each provided with at least:

a guide body capable of being inserted into the grooved guide through the corresponding widening; Y

Detailed description of the invention

A display cabinet is described, such as a display cabinet for the exhibition of ceramic pieces at points of sale and exhibitions, of the type that comprises a base (1) on which they rest and are capable of moving transversely through the user's manual thrust or by any other means a set of display panels

(6) carriers on their previous surface of the motifs or pieces to be exhibited and a rear pillar (2) supporting a superior structure (3) that comprises or supports a set of guides (5) supporting the upper panels (6) ). According to the invention, the support base (1) of the panels (6) is provided with a set of grooves (7) extending parallel and transversely from one side to the other.

According to a preferred embodiment, said base (1) is provided on its back with a recess

(8) corresponding to the support pillar (2) of the support (3) of the guides (5), and in the event that an anterior pillar (4) is arranged, the base (1) also has a housing or support (9) for securing said pillar (4).

The grooves (7) have an inverted "T" shaped internal profile, so that the external part of the groove is narrower than the internal part (16). Each of the slots (7) comprises at least one external widening (11), so that in the widened portion it has a width such that it allows vertical access from above to the wide area of the inverted "T". Also the ends of the grooves, to avoid stress concentration, comprise a slight rounding (10). An exemplary representation of said widening (11) and rounding (10) can be seen in Figures 5 and 6 respectively.

Also according to an embodiment, the furniture comprises below the upper part of the base

a lower cover (12), which like the upper cover comprises a recess (13) for the rear pillar

and another recess (14) for the eventual placement of an anterior pillar (4). Longitudinal grooves (15) are provided laterally that allow adequate assembly and assembly with the upper part of the base (1).

The support and sliding of the panel (6) in the base (1) takes place by means of wheels (21) that are properly secured in the lower part of the panel, usually in an area close to the two ends of the lower side.

The panel also comprises guide devices (17) whose lower part is located below the level of support of the wheels (21) in the base (1). Said guide devices (17), in accordance with a preferred embodiment, have the form of a plate and are provided with a hole (18) for fixing to the panel (6) and lowerly with fins (19). In the embodiment shown, said fins (19) are con fi gured by plastic deformation of lower end portions (in use position, and as shown in Figure 8) of the plate that forms the guide device (17) perpendicularly to both sides. Said guide devices (17) are, according to the embodiment shown in Figure 7, mounted on the same axle (22) as the wheels (21). Said wheel is mounted, always according to the embodiment represented by way of example, on a bearing or bearing (20), and attached the fixed part of said bearing or bearing (20) to the guide device (17) by means of the corresponding means of fixation.

For mounting a panel, the guiding devices (17) corresponding to one of the wheels (21) are initially placed on the widenings (11) of the grooves (7), allowing the fins (19) to be introduced into the part inside (16) of the groove (7). The operation is repeated with a second wheel, the accidental exit of the panel from its guide groove (7) being impossible, and only the exit of one of the wheels being possible by removing the corresponding end of the panel (6) when one of the corresponding guide devices (17) is located in the widening (or in one of the widening (11) of said grooves (7).

Obviously the constructive solution described is only by way of example, being within the scope of this invention any material embodiment that without being identical retains the essentiality of what is described herein. For example, there may be more than one widening in the groove or the grooves may be double, the base may be constructed in multiple pieces, there may be a guide device only in one of the wheels or in all, or separated from said wheels, etc. .

It is of industrial application in the manufacture of furniture exhibitors.

Claims (17)

1. Exhibitor furniture, comprising:

A base (1) provided with a set of grooved guides (7) arranged parallel and transversely;

•

A set of display panels (6);

•

An upper upper guidance device (5) provided with at least as many guides as panels (6) must comprise the furniture;

• A rear support (2) that supports the upper guidance device (5); characterized by further understanding:

A widening (11) in a small portion of the grooved guides (7);

The panels are each provided at the bottom of at least:

Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement This report is based on the patent application ES200802381 consisting of 16 claims, the first independent and the rest dependent. The object of the invention is an display cabinet. Document D01 can be considered the closest state of the art. It discloses (claims and figures) an display unit comprising a base provided with a set of grooved guides arranged parallel and transversely, a set of display panels, a top guidance device provided with at least as many guides as panels must comprise the furniture, a rear support that supports the upper guiding device, each panel having in its lower part a housing of the guide body capable of being introduced into the grooved guide through the corresponding lateral opening and a set of wheels of rolling over the corresponding grooved guide. The grooved guides that form the base have an inverted internal "t" shaped profile. The guide bodies have their lower end below the level of the wheels attached to the panel and said lower end is capable of being inserted inside the grooves and is shaped like a dovetail. It differs from the request in that the guide element is fixed to the base instead of on the panel and the guides do not have an entry widening. Other documents in which the guide element is fixed on the panel are disclosed in the prior art. For example, document D02 (paragraph 26 and figures) showing a display unit comprising a base provided with a set of grooved guides arranged parallel and transversely, a set of flat products or panels, a top guiding device, a support which supports the upper guide device, each panel having at its bottom part at least one guide body capable of being inserted inside the grooved guide and a set of rolling wheels above the corresponding grooved guide. In addition, the guide has a cover (14) for a better fit. They differ from the request in that there is no mention of a widening for the introduction of the guides. Such widenings are known in the state of the art, as shown in document D03 (claims and figures), which are used to access the guide grooves with an inner profile in the form of "t" almost perpendicularly, rather than laterally. , so that it is not necessary to have a free space next to the exhibitor of at least the width of the panel. Documents D04 (summary and figures) and D05 (claims and figures) also disclose other arrangements of panel display furniture with guiding means and wheels. None of the aforementioned documents show an arrangement as described in claims 1 to 16 and therefore cannot be considered as prior, therefore it can be considered that the application is new, implies inventive activity and has industrial application according to the articles 6, 8 and 9 of Law 11/1986 of March 20.
