Abstract

Separador de aguas hidrocarburadas emulsionadas física y químicamente para sentinas de buques. El separador está previsto para separar hidrocarburos emulsionados en agua, tanto física como químicamente, basándose en la combinación de dos tecnologías, una de ellas correspondiente a la separación gravimétrica del hidrocarburo del agua, y la otra correspondiente a ultrafiltración en membranas. La unidad de separación gravimétrica (1) incluye un paquete de placas coalescentes facet mpack, mientras que la unidad de ultrafiltración (5) incluye una serie de membranas (6) por las que pasa la mezcla de agua exenta del hidrocarburo libre que ha sido separado en la unidad gravimétrica (1). El separador encuentra especial aplicación en sentinas de buques, y además de realizar la separación de hidrocarburo libre en una corriente de agua, realiza igualmente la separación del hidrocarburo emulsionado, siendo de funcionamiento automático.
