THE TRANSPORT HANDLE (21) IS FIXED TO THE BOX (22) SO IT DOES NOT PIVOT. IT IS MADE OF THERMOPLASTIC RUBBER TO ALLOW THE TURN MOVEMENT FOR TRAVELER COMFORT. THE LATCH (25) OPERATES EASILY UNDER THE TRANSPORT HANDLE (21).
