Abstract

Un procedimiento para convertir una ciclohexan-1- ona sustituida en un cis-(sustituido)-1- oxobiciclo[2, 5]octan-2-dicarbonitrilo en presencia de base mientras que se minimiza la conversión del nitrilo la posición a la amida que comprende, en un reactor de disco giratorio: i) preparar una primera disolución de alimentación que comprende una ciclohexanona 4-sustituida disuelta en un disolvente acuoso, ii) preparar una segunda disolución de alimentación que comprende una disolución acuosa de cloroacetonitrilo, una base inorgánica y un haluro de amonio orgánico; iii) alimentar juntas la primera y segunda disolución de alimentación en cantidades que dan relaciones molares de cetona y base inorgánica en el disco de entre alrededor de 1:2, 8 a 1:15, 9; iv) dicho disco está girando entre alrededor de 500 y 4.800 revoluciones por minuto, y v) tener un tiempo de residencia en el disco de entre alrededor de 0, 1 y 1 segundo.
