Abstract

Método para la detección de antígenos de Fasciola hepática en heces basado en un test elisa-sandwich. El método comprende (a) poner en contacto una muestra procedente de las heces del animal a ensayar con anticuerpos fijados a un soporte sólido que reconocen antígenos de F. hepática bajo condiciones que permiten la formación de un complejo antígeno-anticuerpo, (b) añadir anticuerpos marcados que reconocen antígenos de F. hepática, y (c) revelar la reacción mediante la adición de un sustrato específico para el marcador. De aplicación en el diagnóstico de F. hepática.
