Abstract

Esterificación catalizada con enzimas de acrilato o metacrilato con siloxano hidroxi funcional y/o modificado con poloxialquileno, con la que se obtienen productos a utilizar, ej., en la producción de polímeros y revestimientos curados por radiación. Se hace uso de un procedimiento catalizado con enzimas para la esterificación y/o transesterificación de ácido (met)acrílico o ésteres de (met)acrilato con derivados de siloxano hidroxi funcionales y/o modificados con polioxialquileno. Un procedimiento para la esterificación y/o transesterificación catalizada con enzimas de ácido (met)acrílico o ésteres de (met)acrilato con derivados de siloxano hidroxi funcionales y/o modificados con polioxialquileno de fórmula (I): R2, R3 = grupos alquilo C1-24 o alquileno, iguales o diferentes, o grupos fenilo C6-24 opcionalmente sustituidos; R4 = O, NH, NR2, S o -(OSi(CH3)2O)u-; u = 1-200; R5 = alquilo C1-24 o alquileno, o el grupo -CnH2n-fR2f-R4-CmH2m-gR2g; f, g = 0-12; n, m = 1-18; R6 = -O-(C2H4-aR2aO)b(C2H2cO)d- (con los segmentos polioxialquileno en cualquier secuencia, especialmente como copolímeros en bloque y polímeros estadísticos o una combinación de los mismos) o -Oe-ChH2h-CI-H2I-jR9j; a = 0-3; b, d = 0-100; c = 2-12; (b+d) = 1-200; e = 0 ó 1; h, i = 0-24; j = 1-3; (w+e) = 0-1; R9 = -O-, OH, -CnH2h- o -CkH2k-l(OH)l; k = 0-24; l = 1-3; R8 = H o un residuo orgánico monovalente si y = 1 (con la condición de que esté presente al menos un grupo/molécula de hidrógeno), u OH o un residuo orgánico monovalente si y = 0 (con al menos un grupo/molécula de OH); v, z = 0-200; w, x, y = 0 ó 1; (w+x+y) = 1-3; R1 y/o R7 = (R4w-(R5)x-(R6)y-R8 si z = 0; w = 0 si x = 0.
