Abstract

Este aparato para la preparación de un fermento líquido, está constituido por una de soporte que comprende un recipiente de preparación de la masa de fermentó líquido y los medios de trabajo, de acondicionamiento de la masa y de control fisicoquímico del proceso de preparación de la misma, la cual está dispuesta en un obrador a un nivel superior al de las cabezas de los operarios que trabajan en el mismo, comprendiendo medios automáticos de carga de harina y de dosificación de agua y aditivos, manejados y/o alimentados al nivel de manipulación de los operarios.
