Una prenda (20; 120) desechable a ser colocada tirando que tiene una región delantera (26), una región trasera (28) y una región (30) de la entrepierna entre la región delantera (26) y la región trasera (28), que comprende: un chasis (41) dispuesto en las regiones delantera, trasera y de la entrepierna, incluyendo el chasis (41) una hoja superior (24) permeable a líquidos, una hoja posterior (22) impermeable a líquidos asociada con la hoja superior (24) y un núcleo absorbente (25) dispuesto entre la hoja superior (24) y la hoja posterior (22); al menos un par de paneles (45, 46, 48) de orejeta que se extienden lateralmente hacia fuera desde el chasis (41) en la región delantera (26)o trasera (28); estando los paneles (45, 46, 48)de orejeta unidos al chasis (41) para formar dos aberturas (34) de pierna y una abertura (36) de cintura; y caracterizada porque un dispositivo (500) de desecho está unido a la hoja posterior (22) en la región (30) de la entrepierna; incluyendo el dispositivo (500)de desecho unos primeros medios (531) de fijación que son capaces de asegurar la prenda (120) desechable a ser colocada tirando en una configuración de desecho adecuada una vez que la prenda ha sido ensuciada, en la que la configuración de desecho adecuada se forma asegurando una parte de los paneles (45, 46, 48) de orejeta a la hoja posterior (22) por medio de los primeros medios (531) de fijación; en la que el dispositivo (500) de desecho tiene unos medios (540) para proteger los primeros medios (531) de fijación de una exposición antes de una utilización pretendida de los primeros medios (531) de fijación.
