Abstract
Una prenda de calzar y halar hacia arriba desechable (120) que tiene una region frontal (26), una region posterior (28) y una region de entrepierna (30)entre la region frontal y la region posterior. La prenda de colocar y halar hacia arribadesechab le incluye un chasis (41) suministrado en las regiones frontalposterior y de entrepierna. El chasis tiene líneas de borde (222) en las regiones frontal y posterior e incluye una lámina superior permeable a líquidos (22),una lámina posteriorimpermeab le a líquidos (24) asociada con la lámina superior y un nucleo absorbente (25) dispuesto entre la lámina superior y la láminaposterior. La prenda calzable desechable incluye además al menos un par de paneles de oreja (45) que se extiendenlateralment e hacia fuera desde el chasis enla region frontal y posterior. Los paneles de oreja están unidos al chasis para formar dos aberturas de pierna (34) y una abertura de cintura (36). La prendaincluye además un dispositivo de eliminacion(500) unido a la lámina posterior en la region de la entrepierna. El dispositivo de eliminacion incluye un primermiembro de fijacion (531) capaz de fijar la prenda en una configuracion de eliminacion conveniente después que la prenda ha sidoensuciada. La configurac ion deeliminacion conveniente es formada asegurando una parte de los paneles de oreja a la lámina posterior a través del primer miembro de fijacion. El dispositivode eliminacion tiene un medio (540) para proteger el primermedio de fijacion antes de un uso futuro del primer medio de fijacion.
