Abstract
Un elemento elástico que comprende un material elastomérico que tiene una primera superficie y una segunda superficie opuesta a la primera superficie, yuna primera capa de material de cubierta que está unida a la primera superficie del materialelast omérico, en donde el material elastomérico tienen unSostenimiento de Fuerza de Retencion después de 12 horas a 50% de extension (RFH-12H) de por lo menos 40 g/pulgadas aproximadamente. Una prenda descartable quecomprende un chasis que tieneuna regio n anterior, una region posterior y una region de entrepierna entre la region anterior y la region posterior; por lomenos un par de paneles laterales que se extienden lateralmente hacia afuera desde el chasis en la region anterior oposterior; y por l o menos uno de lospaneles laterales que comprende un material elastomérico que se extiende lateralmente hacia afuera desde el chasis; en donde el material elastomérico tiene unSostenimiento de Fuerza de Retencion después de 12horas a 50% de extensio n (RFH-12H) de por lo menos 40g/pulgada aproximadamente. El chasis comprende una hojasuperior permeable al líquido,una hoja posterior impermeable al líquido asociado con la hoja superior, y un nucleo absorbente colocado entrela hoja superior yla hoj a posterior.
