Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un artículo absorbente desechable integral que tiene orillas longitudinales y orillas de extremo, el artículo absorbente comprende un núcleo absorbente que tiene una superficie de prenda de vestir y una superficie de cuerpo; un lienzo posterior impermeable al líquido colocado adyacente a la superficie de la prenda de vestir del núcleo absorbente; un lienzo superior permeable al líquido colocado adyacente a la superficie del cuerpo del núcleo absorbente; caracterizado porque se coloca un remate o capa de talle/pretina unitaria adyacente a por lo menos una de las orillas de extremo del artículo absorbente, el remate de talle/pretina unitaria comprende un material elastomérico que tiene una porción exterior asociada funcionablemente con el artículo absorbente adyacente a la orilla de extremo a fin de formar una pretina elastificada, y una porción interior contigua a la porción exterior, la porción interior tiene una orilla próxima, una orilla distante y extremos, la orilla próxima está unida al artículo absorbente y la orilla distante está separada hacia adentro desde la orilla próxima, la orilla distante está asociada funcionablemente con el artículo absorbente adyacente a los extremos de la porción interior, por lo menos una porción de la orilla distante no está asegurada en la porción subyacente del artículo absorbente entre los extremos, de manera que la orilla distante queda separada alejada de la superficie receptora del líquido del artículo absorbente a fin de formar una capa del talle.
