Abstract

Procedimiento de realización de una tarjeta de memoria electrónica capaz de intercambiar, sin contacto eléctrico, informaciones con un dispositivo de lectura, en el cual dicha tarjeta de memoria electrónica comprende una antena (10) de acoplamiento con el mencionado dispositivo de lectura y una pastilla semiconductora (20) conectada a la antena (10) mencionada, caracterizado porque dicho procedimiento comprende las etapas que consisten, por una parte, en: a) realizar sobre una lámina-soporte (30) de materia plástica una antena (10) de acoplamiento provista de dos bornes (11, 12) de conexión eléctrica, b) montar sobre dichos bornes (11, 12) de conexión eléctrica una pastilla semiconductora (20) con contacto por protuberancias (211, 221), y en: c) disponer sobre la lámina-soporte (30) equipada como se ha descrito, que constituye el circuito electrónico (1), una lámina intermedia (31) de materia plástica destinada a cubrir la mencionada pastilla semiconductora (20), siendo la temperatura de reblandecimiento de la materia plástica de la mencionada lámina intermedia (31) inferior a la temperatura de reblandecimiento de la materia plástica de la lámina-soporte (30), d) disponer una lámina externa (33, 34) de materia plástica al menos sobre la mencionada lámina intermedia (31), e) laminar en caliente el conjunto de dichas láminas, regulando la temperatura del colaminado de manera que únicamente la lámina intermedia (31) alcance su temperatura de reblandecimiento de forma que todas las láminas permanezcan sensiblemente intactas, excepto la lámina intermedia (31) en la que se inserta la pastilla semiconductora (20).
