Abstract

Método para fabricar un conjunto soldado por soldadura fuerte usando hoja para soldadura fuerte, que comprende las etapas de: (i) formar piezas de las que como mínimo una se hace de hoja para soldadura fuerte; (ii) montar las piezas en un conjunto; (iii) soldar por soldadura fuerte el conjunto; (iv) enfriar el conjunto soldado por soldadura fuerte por debajo de 100°C con una velocidad de enfriamiento de como mínimo 40°C/min; (v) envejecer el conjunto soldado por soldadura fuerte y frío para alcanzar un límite elástico convencional del 0, 2 % de como mínimo 85 MPa y una vida frente a la corrosión de 13 días o más en un ensayo SWAAT sin perforaciones de acuerdo con ASTM G-95, y en el que la hoja para soldadura fuerte tiene un núcleo hecho de una aleación de aluminio que tiene la composición, en % en peso **(Esquema)**
