Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de ambientadores por un sistema de transfer sobre placa de celulosa caracterizado por la preparación de dos papeles transfer que se imprimen mediante una impresora a color procedente de una programación del ordenador, de forma que la imagen que se imprime en estos transfer, se realice al revés con la emulsión abajo consiguiendo una imagen especular e imagen grabadas posteriormente a la placa de celulosa, dichas imágenes aparezcan al derecho. El procedimiento comprende una placa de material celulósico absorbente de un espesor que oscila aproximadamente entre 1,5 y 2,5 milímetros, sobre cuya placa se procede a aplicar un papel transfer por una de sus caras, con la imagen impresa a color, dándole una temperatura aproximada de 180º a 220º C, con un tiempo de presión que oscilará entre 5 y 20 segundos, transfiriendo las imágenes de los papeles transfer a la placa de celulosa por sus dos caras.
