Abstract

Se trata de un dispositivo para preparar sacos reticulados de productos sueltos. El mismo comprende un dosificador (1) de productos, un tubo portador de red (16), un mecanismo de estirado (2) de una red (3) adecuada para contener; los productos y una máquina engrapadora (14). El mecanismo de estirado (2) comprende un carro (4), con un plato superior (5) y un par de horquillas (6a, 6b), y un elemento de tope (7) del plato superior (5), de manera de frenar el desenrollado de la red (3) a partir del hecho que el elemento de tope (7) y el plato superior (5) interfieren hasta la posición de engrapado y corte de la red (3). La máquina engrapadora (14) comprende un aparato (20) para cerrar y cortar la red (3), provisto de medios de corte (21) de la red (3), medios de cierre (23) de la red (3) y medios de accionamiento (24) de dichos medios de corte (21) y de cierre (23). Los medios de accionamiento (24) comprenden al menos dos actuadores (24a, 24b) móviles con movimiento relativo uno con respectoal otro, de manera adecuada para gobernar por separado los medios de corte (21) y los medios de cierre (23) de la red (3).
