Abstract

Método y sistema para evitar la formación de un arco eléctrico en un conector intercalado en una línea de alimentación de una carga de potencia. El conector (11) comprende unos soportes electroaislantes (1, 2) portadores de al menos un primer par de terminales (3, 4) susceptibles de acoplar a enchufe estando dichos terminales (3, 4), en una posición de acoplamiento de dichos soportes electroaislantes (1, 2), empalmados eléctricamente entre sí estableciendo una vía (5) de paso de energía eléctrica hacia dicha carga de potencia (10), comprendiendo el método y sistema una conexión (15) entre un punto (23) de dicha vía (5) próximo a la carga (10) y después del conector (11), cuya conexión atraviesa el conector (11), para detectar una tensión (V2) y/o intensidad en dicho segundo punto (23), que es comparada con la tensión (V1) de alimentación, y en caso de observar un cambio brusco, se interrumpe dicha alimentación.
