Abstract

Freno de disco, que comprende un disco, una pinza de freno, dos balancines, dos pastillas de freno, un circuito hidráulico, dicho circuito hidráulico siendo capaz de transmitir una presión hidráulica, dos pistones hidráulicos, aptos para desplazarse en la misma dirección pero en sentidos opuestos, donde cada pistón hidráulico actúa sobre un primer extremo del balancín correspondiente, el cual transmite la presión hidráulica a las pastillas de freno. Cada balancín tiene fijada, con posibilidad de rotación, una pastilla de freno. Las pastillas de freno quedan completamente fuera de la pinza de freno. Este freno de disco puede ser utilizado en vehículos automóviles, como por ejemplo motocicletas, y en bicicletas.
