Abstract

Nuevo procedimiento de fabricación de piezas cerámicas vidriadas. Dicho procedimiento, partiendo esencialmente de un material fundente y de un material con alto contenido en metales pesados, junto con un aditivo de fraguado, comprende básicamente la sinterización por monococción de dichos materiales para formar una matriz vítrea, constitutiva de dichas piezas cerámicas, en la cual quedan atrapadas las partículas de metales pesados. El procedimiento tiene aplicación en el sector de la Industria Cerámica además de constituir una importante alternativa de protección medioambiental, permitiendo el aprovechamiento de determinados residuos industriales altamente contaminantes.New manufacturing process for glazed ceramic pieces.
