Abstract

Un método para transportar asépticamente una cantidad a granel de un producto alimenticio comestible, caracterizado porque comprende (a) esterilizar un contenedor de transporte inundando el contenedor con un esterilizante químico, (b) presurizar el contenedor esterilizado con una atmósfera de gas inerte a presión positiva, (c) suministrar asépticamente una cantidad a granel de un producto alimenticio comestible al contenedor esterilizado, (d) sellar el contenedor presurizado alimentado con el producto alimenticio comestible para mantener sustancialmente una presión positiva durante el transporte del contenedor, y (e) transportar el contenedor sellado presurizado con el producto alimenticio en él.
