Condensador eléctrico. Comprende una primera armadura (5) con un electrodo (5c), una primera capa ionizable (1), un elemento conductor (9) intermedio, una segunda capa ionizable (11), una capa semiconductora (3) y una segunda armadura (7) con un electrodo (7c), estando dicha capa semiconductora (3) en contacto a la vez con la segunda armadura (7) y con el elemento conductor (9) y este último en contacto con las dos capas ionizables (1 y 11). Es de aplicación en diversos circuitos eléctricos y en especial para cabezales aéreos inhibidores del rayo.
