Abstract

La invención se refiere a un sistema de mando hidráulico o neumático para elevar y bajar cargas, en particular para ascensores. Tiene un cilindro de trabajo (11) que forma una cámara de presión (14) unida a una fuente de fluido a presión (39) y sometida a un fluido a presión. También tiene un pistón de elevación (1) guiado de forma estanca en el cilindro de trabajo y una varilla guía (15) dispuesta en el cilindro de trabajo. La varilla guía (15) sobresale en el interior del pistón de elevación (1) el cual encierra de forma estanca la varilla guía (15). El extremo (4) del pistón de elevación (1) que sobresale dentro de la cámara de presión (14) forma una cara anular (5) que está sujeta al fluido de presión. El interior del pistón de elevación (1) forma una cámara de presión (7) adicional, sujeta al fluido de presión, unida a su propia fuente de fluido de presión (40). La fuente de fluido de presión unida al cilindro de trabajo (11) entrega fluido de presión a una presión esencialmente constante, mientras que la fuente de fluido de presión (49) unida a la cámara de presión (7) adicional entrega fluido de presión a una presión variable. La cámara de presión adicional (7), sujeta al fluido de presión, subdivide la fuerza total necesaria para elevar una carga en dos fuerzas parciales, una de las cuales actúa sobre la cara anular y la otra en el interior del pistón de elevación, cercano por debajo de la carga. De este modo, la fuerza parcial que actúa sobre toda la longitud del pistón de elevación y que somete el pistón a alabeo se reduce esencialmente. De este modo es posible reducir la cantidad de material requerido sin afectar la resistencia al alabeo.
