Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"ACIONAMENTO HIDROSTáTICO PARA ELEVAR E ABAIXAR E MANTER CARGAS, EM PARTICULAR ELEVADORES"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um acionamento hidráulico ou pneumático para elevar e abaixar cargas, em particular para elevadores. Possui um cilindro de trabalho (11) formando uma câmara de pressão (14) conectada a uma fonte de fluido de pressão (39) e submetida a um fluido de pressão. Também possui um pistão de elevação (1) firmemente guiada no cilindro de trabalho e uma haste guia (15) disposta no cilindro de trabalho. A haste guia (15) projeta-se no interior do pistão de elevação (1) que encerra firmemente a haste guia (15). A extremidade (4) do pistão de elevação (1) que se projeta na câmara de pressão (14) forma uma face anular (5) que é submetida ao fluido de pressão. O interior do pistão de elevação (1) forma uma câmara de pressão adicional (7) submetida ao fluido de pressão e que é conectada à sua própria fonte de fluido de pressão (40). A fonte de fluido de pressão conectada ao cilindro de trabalho (11) distribui fluido de pressão a uma pressão substancialmente, enquanto que a fonte de fluido de pressão (49) conectada à câmara de pressão adicional (7) distribui fluido de pressão a uma pressão variável. A câmara de pressão adicional (7), submetida ao fluido de pressão, subdivide a força total necessária para elevar uma carga em duas forças parciais, uma das quais atua na face anular e a outra no interior do pistão de elevação, perto sob a carga.
