Abstract

Procedure for purifying purines in livestock installations. Includes a preliminary stage for preparing the food nutrients to be provided to the animals; an initial separation stage of the solid and liquid components of the purines; a second stage of decantation and oxygenation of the liquid coming from the previous stage; a third stage for evaporating and deodorising the liquid product from the previous stage to obtain, on the one hand, ammonium sulphate or ammonium nitrate and, on the other, purified water. The process is designed so that any solid or liquid fraction not used directly is recycled into the system for reprocessing, thus achieving no waste. Used in the agricultural and livestock industry.
