Abstract

Proceso para la depuración de purines en instalaciones pecuarias. Comprende: una etapa preliminar de adecuación de los nutrientes alimenticios a aportar a los animales; una primera etapa de separación de los componentes sólidos y líquidos de los purines; una segunda etapa de decantación y oxigenación de la fase líquida procedente de la etapa anterior; y una tercera etapa de evaporación y desodorización del producto líquido procedente de la etapa anterior, para obtener por una parte, sulfato amónico o nitrato amónico y, por otra, agua depurada. El proceso se diseña de tal modo que cualquier fracción sólido o líquida no utilizable directamente se recicla al sistema para su reprocesado, consiguiendo "vertidos cero". Aplicación en el sector agropecuario.
