Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un objeto de acero paramagnético, austenítico, resistente a la corrosión en medios con alta concentración de cloruro, con elevado límite de alargamiento elástico, resistencia y tenacidad, que consta de una aleación en % en peso **(Esquema)** resto hierro, elementos de acompañamiento condicionados por la fundición e impurezas, la cual aleación se funde, se deja enfriar bajo presión atmosférica solidificándose en un lingote o pieza fundida y el lingote formado o la pieza fundida se somete en un primer paso a un conformado en caliente a una temperatura de conformación superior a 850°C y a continuación se refrigera o enfría con elevada velocidad, después de lo cual en un segundo paso se efectúa un conformado ulterior de la pieza forjada a una temperatura elevada de menos de 600°C, pero por encima de 350°C y luego se deja enfriar la pieza conformada a la temperatura ambiente y se fabrica el objeto partiendo de la misma.
