Abstract
Proceso para sintetizar, purificar y analizar una pluralidad de compuestos en una librería de optimización combinatoria que comprende: a) sintetizar una serie de compuestos en una primera configuración de placa de pocillos múltiples o tubos múltiples, b) transferir el contenido de los pocillos o tubos a un dispositivo de purificación de cromatografía de líquidos y someter el contenido a una purificación que produce una o más fracciones de eluyente, c) transferir la fracción o fracciones de eluyente a uno o más tubos en una segunda configuración de tubos múltiples, en la que las posiciones de los tubos de la segunda configuración de tubos múltiples están correlacionadas con la posición de los tubos de la primera configuración de placa de pocillos múltiples o tubos múltiples y d) analizar el contenido de los tubos, en el que la informaciónrelativa a la síntesis de cada compuesto y el análisis de los compuestos, la posición de cada uno de los compuestos en las diversas configuraciones de tubos múltiples o placa de pocillos múltiples y los datos del análisis quedan almacenados en una base de datos de manera que la información mencionada puede correlacionarse con la posición de cada tubo o pocillo de la primera configuración de placa de pocillos múltiples o tubos múltiples y en el que el dispositivo de purificación de cromatografía de líquidos es una columna de cromatografía o HPLC a escala preparativa.
