Abstract

Procedimiento para la multiplicación de ligandos y receptores en dos superficies como mínimo, abarcando uno o más de los siguientes ciclos: a) Inmovilización de un ligando en una prime ra superficie de una fase sólida; b) Adición de una solución de receptores y li gazón de los receptores complementarios a los ligandos; c) Transmisión del receptor a otra superficie e inmovilización en dicha superficie del receptor; d) Adherencia de otro ligando al receptor in movilizado; e) Transmisión del ligando a otra superficie cualquiera e inmovilización del mismo en di cha superficie; produciéndose la transmisión en los pasos (c) y (e) al activar un campo eléctrico entre la primera y la segunda superficie.
