Abstract

Procedimiento para determinar modificaciones de los estados de explotación en superficies límite de depósitos, que contienen masa fundida de instalaciones de fundir vidrio mediante el registro local de gradientes de temperatura, mediante sondas de medición de temperatura dispuestas dentro del material del depósito del grupo de materiales refractarios y del aislamiento térmico, y dispuestas separados de la superficie del lado del vidrio de los materiales refractarios y/o dentro del aislamiento térmico, mostrándose los valores de medición asignados a sus coordenadas tridimensionales, disponiéndose por lo menos una matriz de las citadas sondas de medición de temperatura (T1, T2, T3, ... Tn), almacenándose una secuencia de datos de varias mediciones en diversos puntos de medición uno tras otro en un ordenador (9) y los diversos valores de medición de temperatura y las correspondientes coordenadas de las mediciones se llaman una tras otra desde el ordenador (9), y se comparan entre sí los datos que corresponde a diferentes momentos y de la secuencia citada de los valores de temperatura medidos se determinan en representaciones ópticas de cámara rápida las modificaciones temporales y locales del estado de explotación.
