Abstract

Dispositif pour la surveillance de la corrosion, par exemple des tubes d'échangeurs de chaleur. Il se compose d'un ou de plusieurs tubes témoins qui sont disposés en un endroit facilement accessible. Ces tubes témoins sont fabriqués du même métal que les tubes d'échangeur de chaleur qu'il s'agit de surveiller. Le fluide corrodant en général de l'eau de refroidissement, s'écoule à travers les tubes témoins avec la même vitesse et la même perte de charge que dans les tubes d'échangeur de chaleur. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de surveiller la corrosion avec différentes méthodes de mesure. Pour surveiller la corrosion localisée on monte sur le tube témoin une électrode de référence et un millivoltmètre, grâce à quoi on mesure le potentiel de corrosion dans le tube témoin. Applications à la surveillance de la corrosion dans les canalisations.
