Abstract
Procedimiento para controlar cojinetes de fricción de una máquina de pistón alternativo, especialmente de un motor de combustión interna, en el que al menos en un cilindro (Z1, Z2, Z3) un pistón (13) desplazable está conectado con un eje (1) del cigüeñal mediante una biela (9), con lo que una corriente (I) termoeléctrica que se origina en uno de estos cojinetes (2a, 10, 11) de fricción, en cada caso, al romperse una película (5) lubricante entre sus piezas de cojinete en relación móviles una con otra a partir de distintos materiales conductores de electricidad y debido a un gradiante de temperatura, se utiliza en un aparato (14) de control como señal de control, caracterizado porque la corriente (I) termoeléctrica se aumenta y se extiende y, durante al menos un ciclo de trabajo, se consultan, en función del ángulo de giro del eje (1) del cigüeñal, síntomas significativos de los cojinetes (2a, 10, 11) de fricción, con lo que al presentarse un síntoma significativo se emite una señal de control de un daño de un determinado cojinete de fricción.
