Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de un aceite combustible a partir de las aguas residuales de las industrias de procesado de productos marinos. El aceite combustible se obtiene a partir del tratamiento térmico y mecánico de las materias separadas por flotación durante el tratamiento de depuración de las aguas residuales del sector conservero de productos marinos. Estas materias flotantes contienen grasas, aceites, agua y pequeñas cantidades de finos de pescado y otros sólidos. Tras una serie de etapas de calentamiento a 70ºC y centrifugación se consigue reducir sustancialmente el contenido en agua y sólidos, así como la separación de una corriente de aceite que es el objetivo del proceso. Este producto final supone en torno a un 50% del volumen inicial de flotantes tratado y puede ser utilizado directamente como un combustible primario.Procedure for obtaining a fuel oil from the wastewater of the marine products processing industries.
