Abstract
Perfeccionamientos introducidos en la P.I. 9302634 por "sistema de recuperación de calor y filtración de gases de combustión procedentes de una fusión, con producción de energía eléctrica". El sistema incluye una pluralidad de hornos (1), a la salida de cada uno de los cuales está asociada una unidad operativa de filtrado (3) que incluye un intercambiador térmico (4) para enfriamiento de los humos procedentes del respectivo horno (1), y a continuación un filtro (5) que permite recuperar la mayor parte de los residuos arrastrados por los humos, siendo esos residuos recogidos por un colector (6) y reenviados de nuevo al horno (1). Los perfeccionamientos consisten en disponer un conducto (9) a la salida del intercambiador (4), a través de cuyo conducto (9) los humos enfriados se reenvían a la entrada del propio intercambiador (4) para ser mezclados con los humos procedentes del respectivo horno (1), produciendo un descenso de la temperatura de éstos, lo que lleva consigo un aumento de rendimiento del intercambiador (4) y del propio filtro (5) situado en la unidad operativa de filtrado (3). El sistema es aplicable en la industria cerámica de vidrio y química, o en otros campos en los que se requieran prestaciones similares.
