Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a conjugados de ácidos 3-carboxi- 4,4''-dihidroxifosforilbutenoicos con agentes alquilantes. Dichos derivados están dotados con una actividad antitumoral pronunciada, especialmente contra el mieloma múltiple. La presente invención se refiere también a un procedimiento para la preparación de los dichos compuestos y a composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen.
