Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de una banda de acero de bajo contenido en carbono calmado con aluminio para envasado, en el cual: - se abastece una banda de acero laminada en caliente que incluye, en peso, entre 0,022 y 0,035% de carbono, entre 0,15 y 0,25% de manganeso, entre 0,040 y 0,070% de aluminio, entre 0,0035 y 0,0060% de nitrógeno, siendo el resto hierro e impurezas residuales inevitables, - se efectúa una primera laminación en frío de la banda, - se somete la banda laminada en frío a un recocido, - se efectúa eventualmente una laminación en frío secundaria, caracterizado porque el recocido es un recocido continuo cuyo ciclo incluye un aumento de temperatura hasta una temperatura superior a la temperatura que corresponde al eutectoide del acero, un mantenimiento de la banda por encima de esta temperatura durante un tiempo superior a 10 segundos y un enfriamiento rápido de la banda hasta una temperatura inferior a 350ºC a una velocidadde enfriamiento superior a 100ºC por segundo.
