Abstract

Aparato y procedimiento para detectar el recalentamiento de transistores de potencia de un inversor conectado con una fuente de alimentación de tal manera que se conecte/desconecte dicha fuente de alimentación a una carga según una entrada de señal de control, que comprende: una unidad de resistencia dispuesta en un circuito de corriente eléctrica formado desde la alimentación de corriente eléctrica hasta los transistores de potencia; un integrador para integrar la señal remanente que se obtiene sustrayendo una primera señal de referencia de una señal de voltaje generada en los dos extremos de la unidad de resistencia; una sección de comparación para producir un resultado que se obtiene después de comparar una señal de salida del integrador con una segunda señal de referencia; y una sección de control para desconectar los transistores de potencia cuando determinan la señal producida por la sección de comparación que corresponde a una señal de recalentamiento.
