Abstract

Método para la fabricación de un refuerzo transversal (9) para el chasis de un vehículo (3) según el cual el refuerzo transversal (9) es realizado al menos parcialmente de un material composite, caracterizado en que el refuerzo transversal (9) está realizado con una parte central (10) casi cilíndrica y una parte (11) conectada a ambos extremos del mismo que se ensancha hacia el extremo del refuerzo transversal (9), a lo cual las partes precitadas (10 y 11) están realizadas de una sola pieza por medio de un devanado filamentoso, y los filamentos van dispuestos en la parte central (10) formando un ángulo superior a 45° con respecto a la dirección longitudinal del refuerzo transversal (9), y a lo cual son transformados para formar un ángulo que es inferior a 45° en las partes que se ensanchan (11).
